Job Description: As our Home Health Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering personalized and skilled nursing care to a medically fragile 10 year old GIRL with cerebral palsy and developmental delay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gastric feeding tube
- Provide skilled nursing care, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and managing any medical devices or treatments as prescribed.
- Monitoring blood glucose levels and maintain intact and healthy skin.
- Monitor any seizure activities
- Ensure comfort and safety, handling any medical emergencies with competence and care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and regular reporting on his condition and progress.
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
