HC Roots is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a medically complex pediatric patient in Lizella, GA. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN with tracheostomy and ventilator experience who is looking for a stable, full-time daytime schedule.

Position Details
Location: Lizella, GA 31052
Pay: $50-60 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or
- 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- 12-hour shifts required
- Full-time daytime hours

Responsibilities
As the assigned Registered Nurse, you will:
- Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the patient's home
- Manage and monitor tracheostomy care
- Operate and monitor mechanical ventilator support
- Perform respiratory assessments and interventions
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor vital signs and overall patient condition
- Respond appropriately to changes in respiratory status
- Complete accurate electronic documentation
- Collaborate with the patient's family, physician, and HC Roots Clinical Team
- Follow the physician's plan of care while providing safe, compassionate care

Qualifications
- Active Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
- Tracheostomy and ventilator experience strongly preferred
- Pediatric home health experience preferred
- Excellent respiratory assessment skills
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking abilities
