Role Description The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Allegany, NY, providing daily administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations. Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and maintaining organized digital and paper records. The role supports scheduling, meeting coordination, document preparation, data entry, and filing, while assisting leadership and clinical staff with routine administrative tasks. The Administrative Assistant collaborates with team members, responds to inquiries from patients, families, and partners in a professional manner, and helps maintain a welcoming and efficient office environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support office operations and leadership.
- Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for interacting with patients, families, staff, and external partners.
- Solid Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, record maintenance, and document preparation.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, electronic records) and office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
