Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! This vital role offers the opportunity to support daily office operations, streamline administrative processes, and provide exceptional customer service. Duties

  • Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, providing accurate information and transferring calls as needed
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization across all records
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools for scheduling, correspondence, and report creation
  • Coordinate calendar management for executives or team members, scheduling appointments and meetings with precision
  • Provide customer support via phone or email, addressing inquiries promptly and courteously while maintaining excellent phone etiquette

Qualifications

  • Proven office management or administrative experience in a professional setting
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry tools
  • Experience with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, and record keeping
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
  • Personal assistant experience or office experience involving calendar coordination and document handling is advantageous
