Schedule: Sat 1pm-6:30pm & Sun 6am-12pm

Responsibilities: What are the care requirements of this client?
- Meal Preparation
- Light Housekeeping
- Engagement
- Bathing/dressing
- Standby assistance
Notes: Client is an elderly woman experiencing age-related memory loss and anxiety after the loss of her spouse. She enjoys listening to music CDs, talking with her children, spending time with her dog (Gina Lee), eating ice cream or cereal, folding clothes, and reminiscing about her life. She is completely mobile but recently had eye surgery and should not bend below the waist—caregiver must accompany her to the bathroom to ensure safety. Bathing is not part of care hours; however, the caregiver should assist with stepping into her nightgown at night. She is independent with grooming and toileting but benefits from reminders and supervision. The home has one friendly dog (no pet care required), no transportation available, and smoking is not permitted.
Requirements: What is required from you?
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have a valid ID or Driver’s License
- Must be reliable
