Job Summary
Adept Home Care is currently seeking a caring, dependable non-medical hourly caregiver for IMMEDIATE PLACEMENT for the following days/hours for a client located in Cranberry Twp, PA:
Care Needs: Client has a catheter that needs empty regularly, Wears depends that needs changed regularly and cleaned up
- Week 1 - Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday (9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.)
- Week 2 - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday (9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.)
- Saturday (11:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.)
- NOTE: Client has also indicated he could do Monday - Sunday (10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m)
Duties may include but not limited to:
- Laundry and Change of Bed Linens
- Grocery Shopping
- Companionship
- Range of Motion Exercises
- Bathing, Grooming and Dressing Assistance
- Driving to Appointments and Errands
- Walking and Transfer Assistance
- Medication Reminders
- ADL's
- Ambulation
- Change Depends
- Transportation
- Hoyer Lift Experience - willing to train
Caregiver Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience
- 2 Step TB Test
- Pass Criminal Background Checks
- Pass Child Clearances (when applicable)
- Pass Fingerprinting (when applicable)
Benefits and Perks
- Sign on Bonus - $500
- Caregiver Referral Bonus - Up to $200
- Client Referral Bonus - Waiver Client: up to $500, Private Pay Client: up to $1000
