About the Role:
As a Personal Care Assistant at Covington Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, you will:
Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide hands-on care, including incontinence care, mobility assistance, and transferring residents
Serve meals and snacks, and assist with feeding as needed
Escort residents to activities, appointments, and outings
Maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents
Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
Responsibilities:
Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with mobility and transferring residents as needed
Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as toileting, incontinence care, and mealtime assistance
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
Document care and observations accurately and timely
