Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Full or PT Job Coach to empower individuals with developmental disabilities and autism to achieve their employment goals in Duluth. Duties
- Provide hands-on job coaching, including training on workplace skills, social interactions, and task management
- Mentor clients through ongoing support, encouragement, and skill reinforcement to promote independence
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, employment milestones, and progress reports
- Driver's License is mandatory
Experience
- Prior experience working with people with developmental disabilities or autism is highly preferred
- Background in teaching, mentoring, or social work that demonstrates strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in training & development to support client employment readiness
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse populations and collaborate with team members
- Ability to communicate needs and issues to management
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple clients and maintaining accurate documentation

We have a few different positions with varying morning and afternoon/early evenings. We need coaching for:
- Tuesdays and Fridays 11:30 am to 4:30 pm (service recipient needs a female coach guaranteed 10 hours per week)
- Monday to Friday 10:30 am to 6:30 pm (with two service recipients)
- Monday, Tuesday, Friday 2:15 to 6 pm
- Other schedules are available as well based on our service recipients' needs
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
