Overview
The Job Coach will support people with disabilities in finding, learning, and maintaining meaningful employment. A Job Coach provides individualized assistance such as job searching, resume development, interview preparation, workplace training, and support with job responsibilities. Job coaches also work with employers to promote successful communication, reasonable accommodation, and an inclusive work environment. A Job Coach helps individuals build skills, increase independence, and achieve long-term success in the workplace.
*New employee starting bonuses to be paid after 90 days of employment:
- Full-time positions: $250.00
- Part-time positions: $125.00
Base starting pay & benefits:
- $18.25/hour

Qualifications
Experience/Education/Training
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred
- One year experience supporting individuals with disabilities, preferably in employment services, direct support, human services, or related work preferred.
Regulatory Requirements/Licensure
- Valid Driver’s License
- Department of Human Services Background Check
- Meet the driving requirements and criteria acceptable to NHS Northstar’s insurance carrier
