We are seeking an Account Executive who is passionate about empowering small businesses. Accelerate your career in SaaS sales by helping small businesses succeed with our tailored solutions. If you are driven to deliver value to SMBs, we would love to connect with you.

  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Manage opportunities through their full lifecycle from opportunity (and sometimes prospecting) through to closed won. Comply with standardized rules of engagement set by Sales Leadership and Revenue Operations.
  • Revenue Contribution: Meet and strive to exceed both individual and team sales targets through diligent follow-up, unrivaled customer engagements, and effective utilization of sales tools.
  • Consultative Selling: Employ our proven Homebase Sales Methodology to conduct thorough sales discussions, pinpoint customer needs, and recommend tailored solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Process Adherence: Diligently follow prescriptive sales processes designed to reach customers with the right message at the right time, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in sales operations.
  • High-Volume Customer Interaction: Maintain robust engagement with clients and prospects through a high volume of phone calls, emails and sms activity, actively listening and responding to their needs.
  • AI-Enabled Selling: Experiment with AI tools to optimize prospecting, outreach, and workflow efficiency, sharing insights with your team to continuously improve the sales process.

Role

🚀 The Foundation for Success - These are the experiences and strengths that will set you up for success in this role:

  • 2-5 years of selling experience, with a keen interest in growing in SaaS Sales. This can include SMB SAAS Sales as well as very high throughput SDR's and BDR's.
  • Have operated inside a structured, data-driven sales motion where activity and velocity are a basic expectation
  • Eager to advance through learning and adapting, you thrive on constructive feedback and are committed to continuous self-improvement.
  • Curious and comfortable using AI tools to improve your sales approach; eager to measure impact and adapt workflows
  • Ready to share success and accountability, you understand the importance of collective efforts in achieving team goals and you push yourself and others to succeed
  • Excel in building rapport and fostering relationships through inquisitive and impactful communication, consistently seeking to understand the deeper needs and motivations of clients and prospects.
  • Approach challenges with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
