Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area, including food stations and beverage stations.
- Ensure cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation surfaces.
- Serve breakfast items to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Monitor food quality and freshness, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Assist with meat cutting and meal preparation as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain inventory of breakfast supplies and assist in ordering when necessary.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
Skills
- Strong guest service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform meat cutting tasks with precision using knives.
