Job Summary
Home2 Suites by Hilton is looking for dependable, detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and inviting guest rooms and public areas while delivering excellent service to our guests.
This role is essential to creating a positive guest experience and upholding Hilton brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards (making beds, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, etc.)
- Replace linens, towels, and amenities
- Clean bathrooms thoroughly and sanitize all surfaces
- Restock housekeeping carts and supplies
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of hallways, elevators, and common areas
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Work efficiently to meet daily room quotas
- Provide friendly and courteous service when interacting with guests
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (hotel experience is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods (up to 25–50 lbs)
- Reliable and punctual
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed

Schedule
- Day shift typically between 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Weekend availability preferred
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
