Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Serve guests efficiently and courteously, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, following all food safety regulations and sanitation procedures.
- Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
- Collaborate with team members to set up buffet stations or catering services for special events or large groups.
- Monitor dietary restrictions and special requests to accommodate guest preferences safely and accurately.
- Support the overall operation by performing light cleaning duties, restocking supplies, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, ideally within fine dining, catering, or banquet environments.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude toward guests and team members.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures, food safety standards, and sanitation practices.
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly desirable; barista or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed; banquet or catering experience is advantageous.
