Responsibilities:
- Set up the breakfast area before guests arrive, ensuring that all food items are displayed attractively
- Prepare and serve breakfast items such as hot and cold beverages, cereals, pastries, and fresh fruits
- Monitor food levels and replenish items as needed to ensure a continuous supply for guests
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the breakfast area, including wiping tables, cleaning spills, and emptying trash receptacles
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, answering any questions they may have about the breakfast offerings or hotel amenities
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes to keep the dining area clean and organized
- Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to ensure the health and well-being of our guests
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy breakfast hours
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest relations
