Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise front desk operations, ensuring adherence to hotel and brand standards
• Anticipate and promptly respond to guest needs, maintaining positive guest relations at all times
• Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and a sense of urgency to guarantee satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of hotel features, room types, rates, and policies
• Handle guest reservations, wake-up calls, and lost/stolen article reports efficiently
• Assist in reviewing reports related to credit limits, reservations, housekeeping status, and more
• Ensure security of guest room access and manage walk situations professionally
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping and sales departments to coordinate guest services

Guest Relations Excellence

• Proactively engage with guests to anticipate their needs and enhance their experience
• Be approachable and visible at the front desk throughout your shift
• Deliver flawless service to large groups and VIP guests

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Foster mutual respect and cooperation among team members
• Communicate clearly and professionally with all property team members and management
• Encourage a positive and supportive working environment

Qualifications & Work Environment

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of guest service experience in a similar-sized property
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Calm and clear thinker capable of resolving issues with sound judgment
• Professional appearance and demeanor with a passion for excellent customer service
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and late nights
• Ability to stand for long periods and work on-site
