Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Hinesville, GA, for an Executive Housekeeper. The Executive Housekeeper will oversee the overall cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas, maintain stock levels, and manage laundry operations. Responsibilities include supervising housekeeping staff, coordinating training, creating schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Additionally, the Executive Housekeeper will ensure exceptional guest service by addressing concerns promptly and upholding Hilton’s quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Organizational Skills and ability to manage schedules and inventory effectively.
- Proven Communication and Customer Service skills to deliver outstanding experiences for guests and support team collaboration.
- Experience in Training and supervising housekeeping staff members, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency.
- Knowledge of Laundry processes and best practices, including maintaining cleanliness and operational standards.
