Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain the breakfast area, replenishing food and beverages as needed according to brand standards

• Greet guests with a positive attitude and provide helpful answers and support

• Keep the dining area and kitchen clean, organized, and well-presented

• Follow food safety and sanitation standards to support quality and guest satisfaction

• Assist with light food preparation as needed

What You Bring:

• A friendly, guest-focused mindset

• Comfort working with a team in a steady, fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to cleanliness, presentation, and safe food handling

• Prior breakfast service or food service experience preferred
• Previous hospitality or guest service experience preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, and move frequently throughout shifts
• Provide friendly, professional service to internal and external guests with patience, tact, and diplomacy
• De-escalate guest concerns calmly and collect accurate information to support effective resolution
• Understand, follow, and complete instructions and procedures accurately
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked breakfast and dining areas
• Serve, replenish, and handle food and beverage items according to health and safety guidelines
• Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance and early-morning availability
