Breakfast Attendant

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving breakfast items to guests, ensuring a welcoming and pleasant dining experience. Your attention to detail and commitment to food safety will help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our breakfast service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present a variety of breakfast items, including hot and cold dishes.
• Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet or service area as needed.
• Ensure that all food items are stored, handled, and served in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and equipment throughout the service period.
• Assist guests with their breakfast needs, including answering questions about menu items.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and catering needs.
• Monitor inventory levels of breakfast supplies and report any shortages or issues.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food preparation or culinary roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for guests.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
