What we’re looking for
Home2 Suites by Hilton is seeking big personalities to join and complement our Front Office team.
Our professional and friendly Guest Services Representatives are likely the first and the last point of contact that our valued guests make during their stay.
Essential Functions
The essential functions of the Guest Services Representative role includes, but is not limited to, greeting guests, performing check-in and check-out’s, settling guest balances, handling tax exemption and credit card authorization forms, effectively communicating with coworkers and other departments, assisting guests with their requests and needs, resolving guest issues in a friendly and professional manner, actively seek opportunities to go above and beyond for our guests, enroll Hilton Honors members and be knowledgeable about the program, complete assignments from management, following hotel policies and procedures, protecting guest information and privacy, and etc.
Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.
Physical Demands
The physical demands of the job include bending, sitting, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), and standing for long periods of time (8 hours or more).
Position Type and Hours
This position requires an open and flexible work schedule which includes holidays and weekends.
