Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and directing calls efficiently.
- Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction through excellent customer service.
- Maintain detailed records of guest stays, reservations, and billing information while adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
- Enforce hotel emergency procedures confidently and calmly respond to any safety or security concerns during your shift.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to address guest needs and maintain operational excellence.
