Part-Time House Manager – $30/Hour
Location: Andover, MA
Schedule: 12-16 hours per week (Monday–Thursday, 2:00–6:00 PM or 1:00–5:00 PM)
Compensation: $30 per hour

Responsibilities:- Maintain cleanliness and organization in common areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms
- Establish and follow a cleaning routine (dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, laundry, etc.)
- Organize closets, pantries, and storage areas for efficiency
- Prepare simple, healthy meals/snacks and assist with meal prep
- Keep the kitchen clean, manage food inventory, and minimize waste
- Run small household errands (groceries, dry cleaning, mail, etc.)
- Occasionally pick up/drop off children for school or activities
- Assist with household maintenance tasks and package deliveries
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Reliable and trustworthy with strong time management skills
- Comfortable with light meal prep and household organization
- Good multitasker who can balance cleaning, errands, and minor childcare tasks
- Prior experience in household management, housekeeping, or as a family assistant preferred
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
