We are currently seeking an individual for the role of Marketing Liasion to join our team. Marketing Liason is responsible for generating revenue through field sales activities that entails engaging with various veterans networks, medical facilities and attending community events to develope new referral sources. Prior knowledge in this field of work is a MUST
Position Responsibilities:
- Develope a business plan & strategy with action steps. Identify market opportunities with key referral sources to drive leads and sales revenue.
- Implement a multi-faceted marketing plan and activities including but not limited to direct mail, emails, newsletters, social media, etc.
- develope relationships with Social Workers, Case Managers, Discharge Planners, Hospitals, Rehabs, Admissions Coordinators, Senior Communities, Assisted Living and Memory Care, Elder Law Attorneys, Auto Case Managers, Home Health & Hospice Agencies, and other Healthcare Professionals.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, networking events to educate attendees of Home Watch Caregivers services.
- Facilitate ongoing business development to meet or exceed company goals and objectives.
- Promote a positive image in the community and be the face of Home Watch Caregivers.
Requirements:
- Experience in health care, home care, hospice or Social Work,
- An energetic self-motivated professional with the ability to build strong relationships quickly.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills.
- Quick, efficient, and detailed follow up with regular customer contact and interaction.
- Minimum two years’ experience in healthcare, home care, or a related field.
- Strong territory management skills, blue printing, developing successful business plans and strategies, executing sales and marketing plans.
- A proven leader with the commitment and perseverance to achieve above average success.
- Computer proficiency is mandatory: use of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and ability to understand and learn use of data management programs and applications.
- Must possess a positive, outgoing, high-energy, “team player” attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Plus Bonus
