Roofing Sales - Insurance Restoration

This is a commission-only position with a draw and our compensation reflects the effort to succeed.

Roofing sales isn't easy. It's physically demanding, mentally challenging, and requires persistence.

This is a field-based position. No desk, no clocking in, if that's what you're looking for this is not for you.

If you're driven and competitive this can be a high-income opportunity.

You'll be generating leads through door knocking, networking, referrals, and building relationships in local neighborhoods.

You'll inspect roofs, assist homeowners through the insurance claim process, and generate and close roofing contracts.

You will also provide general oversight during installation. We expect our sales representatives to remain available and be near the project on installation day. You'll serve as the primary point of contact between the homeowner and installation crew to help resolve questions or issues that arise and relay the information to the office as needed.

What we're offering is a commission percentage, with a draw on the commission. Roofing projects, especially insurance claims, take time to complete. That's why we offer a draw to help bridge the gap until your commissions are paid.

We will not play games with your money. Our payment structure is transparent.

Ideal candidates are former canvassers, outside sales representatives in roofing or solar, pest control, auto sales, any similar roles rewarding high sales drive, and of course our military service members. You have to be comfortable working on commission.
