- Active NJ Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license
- 2 Step PPD (within 1 year) or Chest X-Ray
- Immunization records/MMR (titers)
- Physical
- Reliable, patient, and compassionate
- Able to pass background check and meet state requirements
- Valid NJ Drivers License
