- Provide hands-on personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Prepare meals and assist with daily routines
- Provide companionship, supervision, and emotional support
- Light housekeeping and laundry related to client care
- Assist with mobility and safe transfers
- Monitor changes in condition and report to the care team
- Follow the client’s care plan with professionalism and compassion
- Active NJ Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license
- 5 years experience in home care, senior care, or live-in care
- Experience with dementia or memory care preferred
- Reliable, patient, and compassionate
- Able to pass background check and meet state requirements
- Valid NJ Drivers License
