Home Sweet Home Cleaning Services LLC is a growing residential and commercial cleaning company serving families and businesses across New Jersey. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and creating clean, organized spaces for our clients.

​This is an independent position for someone responsible, trustworthy, and consistent. You will service different homes throughout the day, follow our professional systems and checklists, and provide a premium cleaning experience our clients can count on.

​ Pay & Compensation

• ​Clear Growth Path (Tier System):Start at $20/hr(Tier 1), move up to $22/hr(Tier 2), and reach $25/hr(Tier 3) based on your quality, speed, and reliability.
• ​Paid Training:We set you up for success! Earn $400 - $560/weekduring your initial 25-35 hour training period.
• ​Top Earners:Our top cleaners consistently earn $900-$1000 per week! All tips go directly to you, and we offer bonuses for great performance.

​ Location & Travel

While our office is based in Newark, NJ, you must be willing and able to reliably commute and drive your personal vehicle to job sites across our service areas, which include Essex, Hudson, Union, Morris, Middlesex, and Somerset counties.

​Duties

• ​Perform residential and light commercial cleaning services following company standards and detailed checklists.
• ​Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces with strong attention to detail.
• ​Complete recurring, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings efficiently and thoroughly.
• ​Work independently at different client locations throughout the day (and occasionally alongside other technicians on larger projects).
• ​Arrive on time and manage your daily schedule and route responsibly.
• ​Handle cleaning supplies and equipment properly and safely.
• ​Report any damages, issues, or special client requests to management.
• ​Maintain professionalism and respectful communication with clients at all times.
• ​Ensure each property is left clean, organized, and secure before leaving.

​✅ Requirements

• ​Vehicle:Own a reliable personal vehicle for daily use, a valid New Jersey driver’s license with a clean driving record (Required).
• ​Tax ID/SSN:Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to provide a valid SSN or ITIN for payroll/tax purposes.
• ​Experience:1 year of professional residential or commercial cleaning experience is preferred, but we will train the right attitude!
• ​Availability:Full-time availability (Monday–Friday schedule) with reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance.
• ​Physical Ability:Ability to lift, bend, squat, and move items as needed during the cleaning process (up to 25–35 lbs).
• ​Pet Friendly:Comfortable working in homes with pets.
• ​Skills:Strong attention to detail, good time management, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 29.99 – 40.0 per week
