Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in residential and commercial settings
- Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and upholstery maintenance with precision and care
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by properly disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Manage laundry services for clients’ linens or clothing as needed with efficiency and attention to detail
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and ensuring their satisfaction
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment responsibly to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with custodial tasks such as trash removal, organizing supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment
Requirements
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and custodial procedures
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Basic familiarity with laundry processes and equipment operation is a plus
- Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation preferred for travel between job sites
