Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Handle various cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and laundry services as needed.
- Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks within the scheduled timeframe.
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; report any shortages or maintenance needs.
- Follow established protocols for safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Uphold a professional demeanor while interacting with clients and team members.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
