Responsibilities:
- Perform residential and/or commercial cleaning services to company standards
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize floors, surfaces, and fixtures throughout client properties
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas
- Follow cleaning checklists and client-specific instructions to ensure quality results
- Safely handle and use cleaning products, equipment, and supplies
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members on-site
- Report any damages, safety concerns, or supply needs to management
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs throughout a shift
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites in the Northeast, IN and surrounding areas
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated work ethic
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must be trustworthy and comfortable working in clients' homes or businesses
