What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate brokers, builders, attorneys, and referral partners.
- Generate new mortgage loan business through networking, community involvement, and customer referrals.
- Educate borrowers on available mortgage products and financing options.
- Guide customers through the mortgage application process from initial consultation through closing.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with applicable lending regulations.
- Work collaboratively with processing, underwriting, and servicing teams to create a seamless borrower experience.
- Maintain and obtain NMLS registration through Home State Bank.
What We're Looking For
- Successful experience in mortgage origination and business development.
- Established relationships within the local real estate community preferred.
- Strong sales, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Knowledge of conventional, government, and portfolio mortgage products.
- Ability to obtain and maintain NMLS registration through Home State Bank.

Schedule
Full-Time Position
- Primarily Monday–Friday business hours
