Home State Bank is hiring a Compliance Disclosure Desk in Crystal Lake, IL.  This is a full-time position.  The Compliance Disclosure Desk will assist Mortgage Compliance in maintaining an effective compliance program for the Mortgage Division by ensuring timely preparation and delivery of initial and subsequent regulatory compliance disclosures for mortgage loans. Act as backup/overflow Closing Associate as needed.

This position is on-site and is not a remote position.  Looking for local candidates, as this position doesn't have relocation available.

A. Minimum 2 to 3 years of residential mortgage experience.   Background in mortgage lending regulations.

B. Thorough understanding of mortgage loan process from application through delivery.

C. Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and related software.  Experience with Encompass LOS a plus.

D. Familiarity with mortgage lending regulations including RESPA, TILA, HMDA, and ECOA.

F. Strong initiative, attention to detail and organizational skills
