- Coordinate appraisals, title work, flood determinations, credit reports, insurance, and other third-party services.
- Prepare and review loan documents, disclosures, closing packages, and documenation.
- Keep borrowers, lenders, title companies, appraisers, realtors, attorneys, and other partners informed throughout the process.
- Monitor deadlines, outstanding conditions, trailing documents, and post-closing requirements.
- Provide additional support for the Bank's in-house residential real estate lending as needed.
The position has significant responsibility for keeping loans moving accurately and on schedule while coordinating with customers, lenders, investors, realtors, attorneys, and outside partners.
What We're Looking For

- At least 2 years of residential real estate loan process, closing, underwriting coordination, or secondary market experience.
- Familiarity with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, and USDA requirements
