Home Stager – Experienced
We are looking for an experienced Home Stager to join our growing team!
We are looking for someone who already knows the home staging industry like the back of their hand. This is not an entry-level staging position. The ideal candidate has previous experience working for a professional home staging company and understands everything that goes into taking a property from an empty house to a beautifully staged, market-ready home. This can be a full-time, or part-time role, depending on what you make it. Scheduling is flexible and we do not work weekends or holidays.
What You’ll Do
As a Home Stager, you will work alongside our owner and movers/logistics team to execute vacant home stagings from start to finish. Responsibilities include:
- Selecting furniture, artwork, accessories, and décor for upcoming staging projects
- Pulling and preparing inventory from our warehouse
- Styling living rooms, kitchens, dining spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, and other areas of the home
- Making confident design decisions while maintaining our company’s staging aesthetic
- Directing furniture and décor placement during installations
- Working efficiently alongside movers and other staging team members
- Packing, organizing, and resetting inventory during destaging
- Keeping furniture, décor, and warehouse inventory organized and cared for
- Identifying damaged, missing, or replacement inventory
- Helping keep staging projects on schedule in a fast-paced environment
- Ensuring every home is photo-ready and listing-ready before leaving the property
Who We’re Looking For
We want someone who already understands how a staging company operates and can step into the role with confidence.
Our ideal candidate:
- Has professional experience working for a home staging company
- Has hands-on experience staging vacant homes
- Has a strong eye for interior design, styling, scale, color, and furniture placement
- Understands the staging process from warehouse pull to installation and destaging
- Can make quick, confident design decisions on-site
- Is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Is comfortable being hands-on — staging involves unpacking, styling, organizing, bending, lifting, and being on your feet
- Takes pride in the small details that make a home photograph beautifully
- Has reliable transportation to our warehouse- company van is provided to drive to job sites
Previous professional home staging experience is required.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
