LIMPIEZA PROFUNDA MANTENIMIENTO
Buscamos personas con experiencia o habilidad en:
- Limpieza profunda y detallada de hoteles y propiedades
- Baños, cocinas, pisos, rodapiés y áreas difíciles
- Preparación de unidades para que queden listas para el próximo huésped
- Mantenimiento general
- Parchar y reparar paredes
- Pintura y retoques
- Trabajo y mantenimiento de pisos
- Reparaciones menores
- Ajustes y detalles de puertas, paredes y áreas comunes
- Inspección y preparación de habitaciones/unidades
- Capacidad de identificar lo que necesita limpieza, reparación o atención sin esperar que alguien señale cada detalle

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our dynamic team dedicated to maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces and facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks, including landscape upkeep, equipment operation, and safety compliance. Your efforts will directly contribute to creating safe, beautiful, and well-maintained environments that meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about outdoor work, groundskeeping, and hands-on maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and planting bed care to ensure vibrant and healthy outdoor spaces.
- Operate grounds maintenance equipment including lawn mowers, trimmers, power tools, irrigation systems, and hardscape machinery with precision and safety.
- Conduct routine inspections of outdoor areas to identify issues related to plant health, irrigation needs, or safety hazards.
- Manage irrigation systems by adjusting controllers, repairing leaks, and ensuring proper watering schedules for all landscaped areas.
- Execute snow plowing and de-icing procedures during winter months to maintain safe pathways and access points.
- Identify various plants and trees for proper care or removal; apply appropriate horticultural practices including pesticide management when necessary.
- Follow strict safety protocols during all maintenance activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience operating landscaping and grounds maintenance equipment.
- Proven outdoor work experience in landscaping, gardening, or groundskeeping roles.
- Strong familiarity with plant identification, horticulture principles, and pesticide management techniques.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, irrigation systems, and hardscape equipment safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of lawn care practices such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and pruning.
- Experience with snow plowing operations during winter seasons is preferred.
- Excellent understanding of safety protocols related to outdoor work environments; commitment to maintaining a safe work site at all times.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting heavy objects, bending, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.
