Job Responsibilities

We work in growing 4-person teams on newly built and remodeled commercial and residential properties.

• Level 1 (Heavy Labor): Lift, bag, and carry construction debris, drywall scraps, surplus materials, and wood to site dumpsters to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Level 2 (Detail Tech): Use precise scraping tools to remove paint/grout from brand-new windows and tile. Polish high-end appliances, cabinets, and light fixtures.
• General Cleaning: Final detail cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and window/glass cleaning.
• Standards: Following safety regulations and quality standards while working independently and with a team.

Requirements

• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to handle the physical demands of construction environments (lifting up to 50–75 lbs, bending, standing).
• Strong attention to detail and positive attitude.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Valid NC Driver's License is a huge plus (extra pay available for team drivers!).
