Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Limpieza de Hotel (Hotel Cleaners) and residencial cleaners. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and common areas within the hotel. Your efforts will contribute significantly to providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests, ensuring their satisfaction and enhancing their experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all bathrooms are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Manage laundry services for linens and towels as needed. (only emergency basis)
- Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of cleanliness.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping and air b and b.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently in this environment.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
