POSITION SUMMARY:

The Navigator plays a key role in creating a smooth, positive experience for our homeowners from start to finish. This position is centered around building trust, providing support, and serving as a consistent, reliable point of contact throughout each project.

The hours for this position is 9:00am to 6:00pm.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys helping others, communicates with empathy and clarity, and takes pride in keeping things organized while making people feel heard, valued, and taken care of.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Build strong, trusting relationships with homeowners by providing consistent, friendly communication
• Serve as a supportive and reliable main point of contact throughout the project
• Listen carefully to homeowner needs and concerns, ensuring they feel heard and understood
• Guide homeowners through each phase of their project with clarity and reassurance
• Partner closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive experience
• Assist in resolving questions, concerns, or changes with a calm and solution-focused approach
• Keep homeowners informed with timely updates and clear expectations
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and reinforce relationships
• Provide support for incoming calls related to services and warranties
• Contribute to a team environment that values collaboration, positivity, and mutual support

REQUIREMENTS:

• The hours for this position is 9:00am to 6:00pm.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
