Home Run Inc. Student Training Program

After you obtain, you’re Class A CDL and you are hired by Home Run Inc. as a company drive, we will bring your training to a completion and get you moving in your CMV driving career. Start your career today with an industry leader and a company that cares about you and your family.

ø One-on-one training with a safe, experienced company certified trainer.

ø Training will run four weeks long depending upon past experience.

ø Great pay package from your start date with a Guaranteed gross of $1000 per week.

ø You will have weekly evaluations completed by your trainer in order for you to feel confident in your driving career and address problems and concerns you may have as a CMV driver.

ø Training will be completed solo, not as a team.

ø Weekly mentoring program to make sure you are on track and resolve any concerns you may have.

ø Once your training is completed and you are assigned your own truck, we will start your Tuition Reimbursement if qualified.

ø You must be at least 23 years of age.

Local Housing

Guarantee Minimum Gross pay $1000.00 per week from your date of hire.

• In order to receive the guarantee, you must be available to work all 5 days and cannot refuse any loads that are dispatched to you that you could legally pick up and deliver.
