We are looking for a skilled and dependable Painting Technician to join our team. Core Accountabilities/Essential Duties/Responsibilities: This list is not all inclusive

· Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming.

· Apply paint, stain, or other finishes to walls, ceilings, trim, and other surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.

· Mix and match paint colors accurately according to project specifications.

· Protect surrounding areas and surfaces using drop cloths, tape, and other protective measures.

· Inspect finished work for quality, consistency, and adherence to project specifications.

· Maintain all tools, equipment, and painting supplies in good working order.

· Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

· Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress and any issues encountered.

· Clean work areas and properly dispose of paint materials and waste.

· Assist with other related tasks as needed to support project completion.

Minimum Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Previous experience in painting, coating, or finishing work preferred.

· Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools.

· Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

· Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and work at heights as required.

· Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

· Good communication and time management skills.

· Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Work Environment:

· Business casual, fun and positive, dynamic and fast paced

· Working hours are Monday – Friday, 7am – 4pm.
