Job Overview
Romanek Painting is hiring motivated individuals for our 2026 summer exterior painting crew in the Milwaukee and Wauwatosa area. This is a full-time, paid outdoor summer position running May through August — perfect for students, recent grads, or anyone who wants to work hands-on outside with a great team and actually earn real money.
No prior painting experience required. We provide full-on-the-job training in prep work, painting techniques, ladder safety, and teamwork. If you're hardworking, reliable, and want to develop real skills this summer, we want to hear from you.

Duties
- Prepare exterior residential surfaces through cleaning, sanding, scraping, and caulking
- Apply primer and paint to siding, trim, doors, and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
- Follow crew chief's direction and job site safety standards
- Work safely on ladders at various heights
- Assist with job site setup, cleanup, and basic prep work
- Contribute to team goals and job site quality standards
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation (car or truck)
- Willing to work full-time, 40 hours/week
- Comfortable working outdoors in the heat and on ladders
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and shows up on time
- Willing to work hard and learn
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
No experience? No problem. A background in construction, landscaping, manual labor, or any hands-on work is a plus but not required — enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
