What You’ll Do:
- Drive Growth: Make direct outreach calls to leads in our CRM, nurture prospects, and help optimize our automated lead workflows.
- Manage Marketing Tech: Help manage and refine our social media and Google Ad campaigns to drive prospective leads.
- Build Systems: Identify messy processes, streamline operational tasks, and help build reliable workflows.
- Be the Voice of the Business: Answer incoming calls from clients, family members, and caregivers. Handle tough, high-emotion situations with grace, patience, and professional composure.
- Take Ownership: Tackle daily office administrative duties with accuracy and pride in your work.

Required Qualifications & Competencies:
- 0–5 years of professional experience (open to recent graduates).
- Must work on-site in our Savannah, GA office.
- High digital fluency (comfortable learning CRMs, marketing tools, and automation platforms quickly).
- Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and phone presence.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Strong receptivity to feedback and commitment to continuous self-improvement.
