What You’ll Do
As a Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance of your store — from daily operations to leading your team and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage store employees
- Schedule shifts and ensure full store coverage
- Lead by example and build a positive, respectful team culture
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe store conditions
- Monitor and order inventory; ensure product freshness and rotation
- Track sales, control expenses, and drive profitability
- Complete back-office tasks, daily cash handling, and PDI reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of retail or convenience store management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to motivate a team
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
