About Home Offer 365
Home Offer 365 is a fast-growing real estate investment and technology company operating across multiple U.S. markets.
As we prepare to expand nationally and launch our franchise model in 2027, we're investing in developing a powerful, all-in-one real estate CRM platform.
We already have developers. We're looking for an experienced consultant who has personally designed, built, or improved CRM systems specifically for real estate wholesaling operations.
What We're Building
A centralized CRM connecting our entire operation:
- Lead Management: Lead intake, distribution, follow-up, appointment setting, and tracking
- Acquisitions & Sales: Seller communication, offers, contracts, pipelines, and performance tracking
- Transaction Coordination: Contracts, due diligence, deadlines, title, and closings
- Dispositions: Property marketing, investor databases, buyer matching, offers, and deal management
- Marketing: Campaigns, SMS, email, lead generation, automation, and analytics
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on CRM design or development experience
- Direct experience with real estate wholesaling or investment CRM platforms is required
- Must be able to demonstrate previous CRM systems, dashboards, workflows, or software personally designed or developed
- Strong understanding of acquisitions, dispositions, transaction coordination, and marketing
- Experience with SaaS, APIs, integrations, and automation
- Ability to create software requirements and collaborate with developers
Experience with REsimpli, InvestorBase, Left Main REI, Pipedrive, BoldTrail, InvestorLift, GoHighLevel is highly desirable.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate our existing CRM, websites, and software
- Design improved workflows across departments
- Identify missing features and automation opportunities
- Create wireframes, dashboards, and software specifications
- Work directly with our existing development team
- Help build a scalable CRM supporting multiple markets and future franchise operations
Short-Term Project With Long-Term Opportunity
We're initially hiring an experienced consultant for a short-term project lasting a few weeks.
This gives both parties an opportunity to work together, evaluate results, and determine whether we're a great long-term fit.
Based on experience, performance, and mutual interest, this project could transition into a full-time position.
As Home Offer 365 expands nationally and prepares for its 2027 franchise model, we anticipate a growing need for dedicated technology leadership and ongoing CRM support.

Location & Travel
This is a 100% in-office position in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Remote work is ONLY available once Full Time Opoportunity will be offered.
