As the Learning and Organizational Development Specialist, you’ll design, deliver, and evaluate engaging training programs for staff at all levels. You’ll develop eLearning content, manage the Learning Management System, and collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to close skill gaps. Beyond training, you’ll also support organizational initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, and team effectiveness. Whether you’re facilitating a workshop, creating digital learning content, or coaching leaders, you’ll play a key role in helping our team members thrive.

How This Position Contributes to the Mission
- Design and deliver engaging training programs for staff at all levels.
- Develop and manage learning content, including eLearning and LMS administration.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using data and feedback.
- Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to close skill gaps.
- Support culture, engagement, and organizational development initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, coaching, and team-building activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Education, HR, Psychology, or related field.
- 3 years in learning, organizational development, or related role.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Experience with eLearning tools (Articulate, Rise) and LMS platforms.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching skills.
