We are currently seeking an experienced Live-In Home Manager who is compassionate, dependable, emotionally mature, passionate about helping others live fulfilling lives and has a Big heart.
We are a small, family-style Adult Foster Care home serving a maximum of four women residents, allowing you to provide personalized care, build meaningful relationships, and truly make a difference in the lives of those you support.

Position Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting, advising, and helping residents navigate personal, emotional, and daily living challenges
- Medication preparation and dispensing
- Meal preparation and serving
- Coordinating and facilitating resident activities and outings
- Transportation assistance, including resident drop-offs and pick-ups
- Communicating professionally with guardians, case managers, transportation providers, family members, and other support professionals
- Maintaining a warm, structured, and positive home environment
- Housekeeping in common living areas
- Laundry assistance
- Monitoring resident well-being and documenting concerns when necessary
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 4 years of caregiving, healthcare, mental health, residential care, or related experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail
- Patience, compassion, and emotional maturity
- The ability to work independently and responsibly
- Good professional boundaries and sound judgment
- Good physical and mental health
- Non-smoker
Requirements
- Clean driving record required
- Valid driver's license required
- Background check required
- Drug screening required
- Completion of required training and onboarding
- Ability to safely transport residents to appointments, activities, and community outings
- First Aid/CPR certification
Schedule & Living Arrangement
This is a live-in position with a move-in date of September 2026.
Salary : $1,000 - $2,400
