Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Full-Time & PRN Shifts
Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15235
Pay: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
About Us
Home Not Alone Caregiver Services, Inc. is a compassionate care agency serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in residential group homes. We’re hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who are dedicated, reliable, and ready to make a difference!
⏰ Available Shifts
- Monday–Friday: 3 PM – 11 PM
- Monday - Friday: 2PM - 10PM
- Monday–Thursday: 11 PM – 9 AM
- PRN Shifts also available (Flexible!)
Direct Support Professional Job Responsibilities
- Provide caregiving support in home and group home settings
- Assist with daily living activities including hygiene, meals, and mobility
- Use positive behavior support strategies and effective communication skills
- Complete documentation and follow individualized care plans
- Ensure client safety, dignity, independence, and quality of life
✅ DSP Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation and a valid PA driver’s license
- Must pass a Criminal Background Check
- Pass a physical and TB test
- Prior experience with IDD clients preferred
- Able to complete required trainings on time
- Dependable, professional, and compassionate
