What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Development Manager (McKinney, TX) position at Home Matters Caregiving?
WHO WE ARE:
At Home Matters Caregiving, we are redefining what senior care can be. Led by a team with deep experience building and scaling businesses — including taking a technology startup public on the Nasdaq — we bring forward-thinking innovation to a timeless mission: helping people thrive wherever they call home.
We blend high-touch care with cutting-edge technology, creating a forward-thinking culture in an industry ready for transformation.
Mission-driven individuals who are curious, empathetic, and high-energy can build meaningful, fast-growing careers here, surrounded by a team that’s passionate about making a real difference.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is not your average outside sales job. Our Business Development Managers work with hot, inbound leads pre-qualified by our Inside Sales team—who collect extensive insights about each family's needs, preferences, and challenges. It’s a salesperson’s dream: a cheat code that sets you up to win.
If you follow our proven process and show up with energy and empathy, you’ll find it incredibly easy to help families access the care they deserve. You’ll be in the field five days a week, conducting in-person assessments across the Metroplex. Flexibility is essential, as people need care every day—not just between 9 and 5.
We’re proud to bring our proven world-class service levels to Dallas/Fort Worth, building on a foundation of operational excellence, innovative centralized services, and a Family First approach. Our tech-forward systems and commitment to outstanding client experiences make it easier for you to help families confidently move forward with services.

Manage your pipeline through HubSpot and internal systems.
Communicate effectively with families, team members, and referral partners.
