JOB SUMMARY:
Home Matters Caregiving is looking for highly experienced CNA and LPN certified caregivers to
join our growing team. Our team of PRNs will be the best of the best caregivers and provide our
highest level of care. In addition to filling shifts in cases of call outs, our PRN team provides
“care plan reviews” during their shifts. Using their knowledge and experience to provide insights
that make our care plans the best they can be. Our caregiver first philosophy will change the
way you think about your career in the home care industry.
Our caregivers are expected to provide the highest level of service to our clients. From light
housework, and food preparation to assisting with hygiene and providing companionship. We
are a non-medical home care service provider.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be at least 21 years of age (some exceptions may apply)
Must have (or have had) a CNA (STNA in OH) or LPN certification in the last 5 years
years.
Must have sufficient communication and language skills to effectively perform duties
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute client care plans and document daily activities
Assist clients with activities of daily living
Provide clients with household assistance: food preparation, monitoring home safety,
laundering, light housekeeping
Provide clients with personal care assistance: hygienic care, mobility assistance,
companionship
REQUIREMENTS:
3 years experience
Have reliable transportation

JOB RELATIONSHIPS:
Supervisor: Scheduling Coordinator
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Able to lift 50 lbs. using safe, ergonomic movements
Able to stand, walk, reach, crouch, use hands and fingers
Able to talk, hear and see
Physically and mentally able to drive a vehicle
COMPENSATION:
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
Pay: Starting at $30/hr
