Specific responsibilities of this position will include:
- Traveling throughout the local region
- Assessing client’s activities of daily living and evaluating client’s home environment.
- Conducting initial assessments, supervisory visits and reassessments as needed.
- Being involved in day–to-day management of client needs working closely with the Office Manager to maximize client and employee satisfaction, and compliance.
- Provide new hire orientation and training of aides.
- Meet with potential clients to assess needs and work with them and their family to develop a plan of care to be followed by in-home aide staff.
- Regularly reevaluate the client’s needs and work to provide the needed services for our clients to thrive in a home setting.
- Caregiver skills competency verification.
- Supervise, educate and coach nursing aide staff.
- Marketing with local referral sources.
- Involvement with community marketing activities with the Home Life Care Marketing Team to expand awareness of our services.

Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted RN license in North Carolina
- Current TB test
- Preferred experience working with home care or related health care organization
- Preferred experience with senior care and Dementia/Alzheimer patients.
- Ability to supervise and direct staff.
- Out-going personality with demonstrated business acumen
- Prior marketing experience is a plus
