Experience

• Proven experience as an insulation installer or similar role in the construction industry
• Understanding of insulation materials, specifically fiberglass, and their applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team setting
• Ability to read and interpret work orders
• A commitment to safety standards and practices on job sites.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials, bending, and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation in walls, attics, and basements while adhering to safety and building codes.
• Measure and cut fiberglass insulation to fit specific areas in residential and commercial buildings.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in various construction environments to meet project timelines
• Ensure a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installation processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
